Nicci is professional at all times and what a lovely personality.
My pedicure was great ,and Martha is excellent, however, to be charged an extra R30 for old nail polish (not gel) removal was excessive, especially as my feet weren't soaked or filed.
I was half an hour early for my appointment but was made to feel that there was no time for me. I also did not get the wax I wanted as I was told that I did not book correctly when making my appointment.
